Turfscape is seeking a Landscape Crew Leader, Maintenance to guide a crew on daily landscape tasks and ensure top-quality outdoor spaces for our clients. You’ll lead on-site, train crew members, and coordinate with supervisors to keep projects on track.

As the go-to person on the site, you’ll manage safety, quality, and schedule expectations while maintaining professional communication with clients. This role rewards ambition, teamwork, and a passion for outdoor spaces.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years landscaping experience.
• 1+ year leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and keep projects moving.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Great communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
