Qualifications

• Experience leading landscape crews
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol test
• Must be able to move and lift up to 60 pounds
• Advanced mowing equipment experience
• Experience setting up commercial mowing sites preferred

Responsibilities

• Execute landscape projects from plans, including hardscapes and installations.
• Manage project scope: layout, materials, and required paperwork.
• Lead and communicate with your crew effectively.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Oversee snow removal operations and crew coordination in winter.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
