The Davey Tree Expert Company is actively seeking a Landscape Enhancement Crew Leader in Chantilly, VA. This on-site role directs crew members, plans and executes daily landscape tasks and ensures high-quality turf maintenance while maintaining strong client communication.

Must have a valid driver’s license and experience with skid steer equipment. The position offers opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package with a focus on safety and professional development.

Qualifications

• Love of the outdoors.
• Preferred: background in Horticulture or Landscaping.
• Preferred: Turf, Weed, Tree and shrub ID knowledge.
• Ability to complete Davey landscape career development books upon hire.
• Ability to complete Davey first aid, CPR and defensive driving course upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Directs crew members and equipment and plans and executes assigned work or tasks.
• Enhances property appearance and value through daily grounds and turf maintenance oversight.
• Performs planting, trimming, mowing, mulching and related care.
• Diagnoses turf and shrub health issues and environmental conditions.
• Maintains communication with management and clients about landscape needs.
• Operates and maintains landscape equipment.
