Job summary

BrightView Landscapes in San Diego, CA is seeking a Crew Leader to guide a 2-5 person crew on landscape maintenance and installation projects. You will lead tasks, ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion on site.

Responsibilities include daily operations, scheduling, training crew members, providing feedback to the Production Manager, and maintaining accurate crew time logs. A landscape background and leadership experience are required.

• Equivalent experience in a landscape-related field.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations and delegating work to crew members
• Maintaining a schedule and ensuring service expectations are met
• Identifying more efficient ways to perform work
• Surfacing client concerns to the Production Manager and assisting in resolving them
• Providing feedback on crew performance and assisting in training
• Turning in accurate crew time logs
• Ensuring safety and proper equipment maintenance
