The Davey Tree Expert Company is looking for a Landscape Enhancement Crew Leader to join our Gaithersburg, MD team. Your office is outdoors, and you’ll direct crew members and equipment to plan and execute landscape tasks with focus on turf and shrub maintenance.

• Love of the outdoors.
• Background in horticulture or landscaping preferred.
• Turf ID knowledge preferred.
• Weed ID knowledge preferred.
• Tree ID knowledge preferred.
• Shrub ID knowledge preferred.
• Ability to complete Davey landscape career development books on hire.
• Ability to complete Davey first aid, CPR and defensive driving course on hire.

Position Overview

PAY $26/HR

Directs crew members and equipment and plans and executes assigned work or tasks by performing the following duties.

Qualifications

What We're Seeking:

• Love of the outdoors


• Preferred: background in Horticulture or Landscaping
