Job summary

Landscapes USA is hiring a FULL TIME Commercial Crew Leader in Vista, California. You will oversee a crew of landscapers, operate essential equipment, and ensure safety standards across sites. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift heavy objects are required.

Preferred candidates include those with 2+ years as a foreman in commercial landscape maintenance and familiarity with landscaping equipment. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years foreman experience in commercial landscaping.
• Valid Driver's License with clean record for at least 3 years.
• Ability to lift 50–80 lbs regularly.
• Willing to work outdoors in all seasons.
• Experience with mowers, blowers, and general landscaping equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a crew of landscapers and coordinate daily workflow.
• Operate trucks and trailers as needed for equipment transport.
• Ensure safety protocols and use of PPE on all sites.
• Assist with installation and seasonal color work, plant material planning.
