Job summary

The Grounds Guys of Northwest San Antonio is actively seeking an experienced Landscape Install Crew Lead to join our growing team. You will lead the installation crew, organize the jobsite, review project scopes, and ensure work meets quality standards while learning our systems for growth into leadership.

We offer hands-on training, growth opportunities, and competitive hourly pay ($20.00–$23.00) based on experience, with weekly pay and year-round work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional landscaping experience preferred.
• Previous crew leadership experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
• Ability to understand instructions, project scopes, and installation plans.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

You don't need to know everything on day one—we're looking for someone who can lead by example, learn our systems, take increasing ownership of projects, and develop into a strong landscape installation leader as our company grows.This is a hands-on position. You'll work alongside the crew while helping organize the jobsite, keep projects moving efficiently, and ensure our work meets our quality standards.Pay starts at $20.00–$23.00 per hour based on experience and demonstrated ability.
