Job summary

Stephens Landscaping Professionals seeks a Landscape Construction Team Member to support the Team Leader on installing stone patios, walkways, steps and other landscape features. You will help ensure on-time project completion in outdoor environments with emphasis on quality and safety.

The role involves operating equipment safely, maintaining tools, and collaborating with the crew. Flexibility for seasonal snow removal and outdoor work is required.

Qualifications

• Skilled in operating tools, vehicles and small construction equipment safely.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support Team Leader with completing construction services, including stone patios, walkways, steps, excavation and grading, retaining walls, drainage, lawn, plantings, and other tasks related to landscape construction.
• Work as part of a team under the direction of the Landscape Construction Team Leader.
• Communicate effectively with team members and report progress on tasks.
• Ensure all landscaping equipment is maintained, stored, and used safely and effectively.
• Assist with snow removal duties during the winter months as necessary.
