Job summary

Angelo's Landscape Group is seeking a Landscape Construction Team Member to support the installation of commercial and residential landscape projects in Baton Rouge. This field-based role requires physical effort, attention to safety, and the ability to work as part of a crew under the Foreman.

You will assist with grading, hardscape and irrigation installs, planting, sod, and site finishes, following plans and directions. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; a valid driver's license helps.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors.
• Willingness to learn landscape construction skills and techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape construction activities including grading, trenching and site preparation.
• Install hardscape elements such as pavers and retaining walls; prepare concrete surfaces.
• Install and repair irrigation systems; manage plantings, sod and landscape finishes.
