Qualifications
2-3 years of professional landscape construction experience.
Proven ability to delegate tasks and support others.
Valid Driver’s License with a clean record.
Ability to work outdoors year-round and lift at least 75 lbs.
Fluent in English with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
Complete small-scale construction projects including paver installation.
Knowledge of PNW-specific plant ID and proper planting depths.
Read irrigation plans and install irrigation systems.
Expertise in grading and sod installation.
Operating skid steers and mini-excavators safely.
Mentor crew members and promote safety.
Coordinate with AMs for efficient project flow.
Hands-on execution of project tasks.
Maintain quality through professional communication.
Collaborate with the Garden Maintenance team.
