Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional landscape construction experience.
• Proven ability to delegate tasks and support others.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean record.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round and lift at least 75 lbs.
• Fluent in English with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Complete small-scale construction projects including paver installation.
• Knowledge of PNW-specific plant ID and proper planting depths.
• Read irrigation plans and install irrigation systems.
• Expertise in grading and sod installation.
• Operating skid steers and mini-excavators safely.
• Mentor crew members and promote safety.
• Coordinate with AMs for efficient project flow.
• Hands-on execution of project tasks.
• Maintain quality through professional communication.
• Collaborate with the Garden Maintenance team.
