Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including possible weekends.
• Ability to communicate professionally and represent the company positively.
• Construction or landscaping experience preferred (higher pay opportunities available).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered tools and landscaping equipment
• Perform softscape installation and improvements
• Operate skid steer and mini excavator
• Plant trees, shrubs, bushes, and flowers
• Install drainage systems and perform rough grading
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite
• Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently
