Complete Landsculpture, based in Dallas, TX, is seeking a dependable Landscape Construction Laborer to join our growing team and help bring our landscape designs to life.

You will work under the Landscape Foreman, performing hands-on installation and maintenance of landscaping and hardscape projects outdoors. The role is physically active and requires teamwork, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Experience in landscaping or construction preferred but not required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver''s license and clean driving record for company drivers.
• Background check may be required for operating company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare job sites by raking, grading, and tilling soil.
• Install and remove sod, mulch, edging, and soil amendments.
• Plant and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and groundcovers.
• Construct hardscape features such as patios, retaining walls, and stone walkways.
• Trim, prune, and water plant material to ensure proper growth and appearance.
• Safely operate and maintain landscaping hand tools and gas-powered equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
