  • Market Expansion & Business Development: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies, forge new partnerships, and expand our client base across the Greensboro market.
  • Operational Excellence & Quality Assurance: Oversee every facet of daily operations, ensuring impeccable service delivery, uncompromising quality control, and the highest standards of safety compliance.
  • Empowering Team Leadership: Be a mentor and motivator, recruiting, training, and developing a top-tier operational and sales team. You'll foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
  • Cultivating Client Relationships: Be the trusted partner for our valued clients, building and nurturing strong relationships that ensure unparalleled satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven Leadership: A minimum of 6 years of full-time business experience, with at least 2 years in a full-time business management role within the commercial landscape industry. You have a track record of successfully leading teams and managing complex operations.
  • Financial Acumen: Demonstrated expertise in P&L management, including a keen understanding of revenue generation, cost control, and SG&A oversight.
  • Sales & Growth Mindset: A proven track record of sales achievement and a passion for driving business growth.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to build rapport with clients, motivate your team, and effectively convey your vision.
  • Education & Certification: A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but we highly value equivalent experience (6+ years in landscape maintenance). A valid Driver's License is required.
