Job summary

Kimley-Horn is seeking a Landscape Architecture student to join our Richmond West, Virginia office on-site. The role focuses on site planning, urban and landscape design, and graphic production using programs like Photoshop, SketchUp, InDesign, Illustrator, GIS/ArcView, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Excel.

Ideal candidates are in the process of earning a Landscape Architecture degree and will contribute across disciplines to deliver our clients' visions for the built environment while

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Landscape Architecture degree program (Bachelors or Masters).
• Ability to apply design principles to site planning, urban and landscape design.

Responsibilities

• Utilize software to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for clients.
• Contribute to site planning, urban and landscape design, and graphic/technical production.
• Participate in land planning, urban design, redevelopment, mixed-use and residential development, streetscapes, and parks.
• Collaborate across disciplines to meet client visions for the built environment.
