Job summary

Kimley-Horn in Saint Paul, MN is seeking Landscape Architecture students to join our office. This is not a remote position.

You will analyze, produce, and QC deliverables using software; participate in site planning, urban and landscape design, and production. Learn multiple software programs including Photoshop, SketchUp, InDesign, Illustrator, GIS, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Excel.

Qualifications

In the process of receiving a Landscape Architecture Degree (Bachelor or Master)

Responsibilities

Utilize technical software programs to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for clients.
Contribute to site planning, urban and landscape design, and graphic/technical production.
Projects can include land planning, urban design and redevelopment, mixed-use and residential development, streetscapes, design guidelines, public infrastructure design, parks, and other community facility design.
Solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines to realize clients' visions for the built environment.
Develop familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Kimley-Horn's and clients' practices, procedures, and standards.
Analysts will learn one or more software programs: Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, InDesign, Illustrator, GIS/ArcView, and PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or Excel.
