Job summary

Planning Design Studio LLC in Maplewood, MO, seeks a Landscape Architect or Landscape Designer to join a collaborative, growth-focused team. We work on outdoor spaces that enhance communities and emphasize flexible, team-based environments.

The position is full-time (40 hours/week) with hybrid work (3 days in office). We offer 4 weeks PTO, employer-paid health/dental/vision, a year-end bonus, a professional development allowance including LARE support, 401(k), and mentors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited landscape architecture program.
• 3–7 years of professional experience in landscape architecture preferred.
• Strong analytical, planning, design, and technical skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
• Hybrid work environment with a minimum of three days per week in the office.

Planning Design Studio is seeking a Landscape Architect or Landscape Designer to join our talented team of individuals. We are a St. Louis-based design practice focused on improving the communities we work in by creating world-class outdoor places. Job Requirements

We need people with a well-rounded grasp of the fundamentals of landscape architecture and a strong desire to be involved in projects that move from idea to reality. Technical knowledge and excellent organizational skills are important, as well as being a collaborator and someone who enjoys working in teams. This position is for full-time employment (40 hours per week).

For this position, we are looking for an applicant who holds the following skills, knowledge, and qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited landscape architecture program
• 3-7 years of professional experience in landscape architecture preferred but not required
• Strong analytical, planning, design, and technical skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Word, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), and SketchUp
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary
• Initiative-taker who enjoys a stimulating work environment and can contribute to achieving successful project completion
• Four weeks of combined PTO (Vacation / Wellness)
