Responsibilities

• Contribute to the overall success by following design, quality and project standards.
• Participate in design reviews, meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• Develop design sketches, sections, plans and renderings.
• Research and interpret land development regulations for projects.
• Prepare technical drawing submittals for entitlements, site plans, permitting and construction docs.
• Assist with tree inventory, analysis and arborist reports.
• Assist with construction observation, RFIs, submittals and contractor coordination.
• Collaborate within KEITH’s multidisciplinary team for integrated solutions.
• Represent KEITH at meetings and community activities to raise firm presence.

Job Description:

• Contribute to the overall success of the KEITH Team by following the firm’s standards of excellence in design, quality and project execution
• Participate in design reviews, project meetings, design charettes and brainstorming sessions with the team
• Development of design sketches, sections, illustrative plans, renderings, and other graphic presentation materials
• Research, analyze and interpret land development regulations as they apply to project requirements
• Preparation of technical drawing submittals for all phases of the design process including entitlements, site plan, permitting, and construction documents
• Assistwith tree inventory and analysis both in the field as well as preparation of tree disposition plans and arborist reports
• Participate in construction observation including on-site landscape inspections, reviewing and processing of RFIs and submittals, and coordination with contractors and equipment suppliers
• Work collaboratively within KEITH’s multidisciplinary team setting to ensure well-coordinated design solutions
• Represent the firm at meetings, presentations, organizations, and other activities to help advance the KEITH team’s presence in the community
