The ideal candidate will have knowledge of or be willing to learn:
- Tasks in other practice areas within the company and collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams
- Rendering and presentation graphics (SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Land F/X, hand drawing)
- Design and engineering software including AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Site design including grading and stormwater management
- Permitting and municipal approval processes
- Construction inspection and construction administration
- Plan production including plan setup, sheet preparation, and redline revisions
- Utility layout and coordination
- Understanding of the overall design process from concept through construction
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn and grow within the company
This Opportunity Requires
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or similar field
License/Certification
- Professional Landscape Architect, LEED certification and AICP preferred
