Job summary

JEO Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking a Landscape Architect to lead complex landscape architecture projects from inception to construction.

This role combines strong design skills, technical documentation, and client relations to deliver exceptional results. Required are a landscape architecture degree, licensure (or intent to obtain), and 5+ years of experience with proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Rhino/SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture.
• Licensed Landscape Architect or ability to obtain licensure.
• 5+ years of landscape architecture experience.
• Proven project management skills including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD or AutoCAD Civil 3D, Rhino or SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Past experience from conceptual design through construction documentation.

• Lead design concepts from initial planning through detailed design and construction administration.
• Demonstrate leadership by driving project success through design, documentation, planning, business development, and/or project management.
• Prepare and review detailed construction documents with layout, grading, planting, and hardscape details, ensuring accuracy and coordination.
• Collaborate effectively with diverse teams, clients, and the public.

The Landscape Architect is a key member of our team, responsible for leading and managing complex landscape architecture projects from inception to completion. This role requires a combination of strong design skills and technical rigor that will take projects from concept through construction administration. Success in this role requires a combination of strong design skills, technical documentation ability, project management expertise, and client relationship management to deliver exceptional results.
