Edgewood Properties, a NJ-based real estate development and property management company, is seeking a Landscape and Grounds Maintenance Laborer to install and maintain landscaping for residential and commercial properties. HQ is in New Jersey, with a South Plainfield office, and work across NJ.

The role focuses on weekly lawn care, planting and maintenance at multiple sites, requiring basic landscape experience and a valid driver’s license. Competitive benefits are offered.

• Knowledge of landscape equipment and basic maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company pickup truck with trailer if required.

We are currently seeking a Landscape and Grounds Maintenance Laborer to install and maintain landscaping on new and existing residential and commercial properties. This position is headquarters out of our South Plainfield office, but will work at various sites throughout NJ

Weekly lawn maintenance, weeding, pruning, trimming, mulching, and planting

• Ability to operate lawn landscape equipment
• Manage and maintain Landscape equipment and tools
• Report to Landscape Foreman or Landscape Division Manager
