A local landscaping company in Charlottesville is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate will build strong customer relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery. Candidates should possess an Associate's Degree, relevant supervisory experience, and a valid Virginia Driver's License. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to perform under various situations while adhering to safety policies.
RSG is growing here in Charlottesville, and we are looking to add an Account Manager to our amazing staff. In this position you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building relationships for customer satisfaction, customer retention and upsells. Work closely with the Operations Manager to deliver high quality service to our customers.

Associate’s Degree in a relevant field of study and three years progressively increasing supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with customers and employees.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as volume, area, circumference, measurements, proportions and pressures.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Solid interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution skills, for work with customers, other trades personnel and employees.
