TotalEnergies-related Landman role in Houston, TX. Responsible for managing land duties including lease acquisition, title analysis, and landowner relations to support asset development and JV activities.
Requires 5–10 years in oil and gas land, Bachelor’s degree preferred, and strong negotiation and analytical skills. On-site role with opportunities to engage across Legal, Land, Operations, and Finance teams.

The Landman position m aintains land rights and supports business objectives by negotiating agreements, evaluating title and ownership issues, and ensuring compliance with lease and contractual requirements. Contributes to business development opportunities, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint venture activities as required.
Responsible for managing land and commercial activities associated with assigned U.S. oil and gas assets. Supports asset development and value creation through lease acquisition, contract negotiation, title analysis, land tenure management, and partner relations. Works closely with Operations, Geoscience, Legal, Land, Business Development, and Finance to ensure proper management of the Company's leasehold interests and contractual obligations
