Job summary

Pikes Peak Habitat for Humanity seeks a Land Trust Coordinator to support land trust residents and steward the program in El Paso County. The role collaborates with staff to ensure affordable homeownership and successful land trust operations.

Responsibilities include overseeing homeowner education, managing ground leases, and serving as a liaison between homeowners and the Land Trust Board. Strong communication and nonprofit housing experience are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
  • 4+ years in non-profits, housing, or policy management.
  • 2+ years of property management experience.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual capability is a plus.
  • Qualified Loan Originator Certificate is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support the future homeowner program, including lottery, applications, and ground lease processes.
  • Provide pre-purchase education and workshops for future homeowners.
  • Build relationships with homeowners (prospective, future, current) and respond to needs.
  • Create and maintain educational materials for land trust homeowners on requirements and reminders.
