Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in land or oil&gas required.
• Experience leading, supervising, training, or mentoring employees preferred.
• Experience with land administration systems and ownership databases is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, assign, and prioritize daily Land Tech work to meet deadlines.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback across experience levels.
• Review work for accuracy and regulatory compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and track proposal letters to partners for wells and related activities.
• Oversee well setups and ownership calculations, including complex cases.
• Maintain data in land systems for contracts, leases, and title documents.
• Coordinate regulatory applications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor workflows, deadlines, and service levels; escalate issues as needed.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, job aids, and process controls.
