Qualifications

• 5–8 years of land surveying experience required.
• LSIT certification is mandatory.
• MA Professional Land Surveyor license is preferred.
• Strong technical skills to work with advanced survey tools.
• Detail-oriented and organized, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform boundary, topographic, construction, and bathymetric surveys.
• Use advanced GPS, GIS, robotic instrumentation, and LIDAR systems.
• Prepare survey plans, maps, and CAD documents.
• Support civil, structural, environmental, and design teams.
• Conduct layout/staking for buildings, roads, utilities, and site features.
