Qualifications
5–8 years of land surveying experience required.
LSIT certification is mandatory.
MA Professional Land Surveyor license is preferred.

Responsibilities
Perform boundary, topographic, construction, and bathymetric surveys.
Use advanced GPS, GIS, robotic instrumentation, and LIDAR systems.
Prepare survey plans, maps, and CAD documents.
Support civil, structural, environmental, and design teams.
Conduct layout/staking for buildings, roads, utilities, and site features.
