Bateman Civil Survey Company (BCSC) seeks a training-focused leader for our USVI team, based in St Thomas and St Croix. You will mentor survey technicians, evaluate performance, and help keep the field crew well-coordinated on demanding projects.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of surveying experience with some leadership, strong communication, and a deep understanding of surveying methods and Trimble technology. This role requires outdoor work in varying weather and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years surveying experience with leadership or supervisory experience.
• Willingness to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.
• Experience in construction staking, boundary, topo, etc.
• Familiarity with Trimble software and equipment.
• Valid driver's license with minimum 5 years driving experience and clean driving record.

About The Position

Pay:

• Starting at $25/hour depending on experience.
