Control Point Associates, a leading surveying firm in Chalfont, PA, seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple projects, lead staff, and drive client relations in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes quality control, business development, and collaborative culture.

The candidate should have 8+ years in surveying, familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D, and a proven leadership track. Signing bonus up to $10,000 and relocation assistance are available. On-site role in Chalfont.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of survey experience.
• Licensed Land Surveyor preferred but not required.
• Proven track record of business development and leadership.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Ability to relate to clients and people at all levels of the organization.
• Must possess excellent communication, diplomacy and listening skills; specifically, be accessible and responsive to the needs of clients.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret drawings and the most complex documents.
• Ability to operate a computer, using technical software and other applications.
• Spreadsheets, and other business software.
• Driven to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Quality control of survey documents and plans.
• Provide weekly progress reports to project stakeholders.
• Oversee surveying activities including staff, resources, and client communication.
• Prepare and execute quality control reviews and safety procedures.
• Convey our business model in client discussions and lead market presence.
• Initiate business development with new and existing clients.
• Monitor client satisfaction and deepen relationships.
• Manage project budgets and invoicing; coordinate with accounting.
• Staff development and training; accountability for numbers.
• Champion our brand, values, and culture in the team.
