Job summary

BGE, Inc. is seeking energetic interns who are enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's program and eager to learn in civil engineering, construction, landscape architecture, or environmental science. Interns will be mentored by BGE employees and participate in intern-specific activities in addition to normal work.

This 40-hour-per-week role requires strong English communication, teamwork, and the ability to learn industry software, including MS Office.

Qualifications

• Must be a full-time student in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency with business software (MS Office) and ability to learn industry-specific software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong collaborator who works well on a team.
• Willingness and ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Work on a team while learning and being mentored by BGE employees.
• Attend specific events and training geared toward career development. Interns will participate in intern-specific activities in addition to normal work activities.
