Qualifications

• Experience in site design including grading, drainage, detention, and erosion control.
• Familiar with topographic surveys and civil design requirements.
• Comfort with regulatory approvals from local, state, and federal agencies.
• Proficient CAD capabilities in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Carlson or MicroStation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with staff to produce designs for residential, commercial and industrial sites.
• Maintain CAD standards and file systems.
• Coordinate with site, survey and inspection teams for turnkey projects.
• Obtain approvals from regulatory agencies and respond to RFIs.
• Assist in quality control and reviews throughout projects.
• Support staff growth and recruitment for the site development team.
