The ideal candidate will have a BS in Civil Engineering and over 4 years of experience in land development. Responsibilities include managing project teams, ensuring compliance, and maintaining schedules and budgets. Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of engineering experience related to Land Development Projects.
• Experience in technical writing of deliverables is required.
• Ability to apply common sense in following instructions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact with the client and team.
• Manage project team to successfully complete a project.
• Coordinate and manage overall project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure quality control review of design and deliverables.
• Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner.

Strong verbal and written communication

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to multitask and prioritize

Education

Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
