Job summary

McClure is seeking a Land Development Project Engineer to lead site development projects, applying civil engineering principles and collaborating with project teams.

You will coordinate with Project Managers, ensure QA/QC, support client satisfaction, and develop innovative design solutions while maintaining schedules and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Project Manager or Team Leader to proactively solve problems and manage project design issues.
• Actively work with the team to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
• Implement QA/QC processes to ensure high-quality engineering solutions and plan sets.

Land Development Project Engineer

McClure is searching for a proven Project Engineer to be a key player on dynamic projects. The Project Engineer is expected to be a strong promoter of McClure’s core values, vision, and mission and embody those values in all interactions with clients and team members. They are responsible for maintaining solid knowledge of engineering principles and codes to ensure all projects are completed properly.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Partner with Project Manager or Team Leader to proactively solve problems and manage project design issues

• Implementation of the QA/QC process to ensure high-quality engineering solutions and plan sets

Educational and/or Experience Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineering (PE) License required
• 5+ years of experience preferred
