Lennar is hiring a Land Development Manager to lead the division's land development program, directing roadway construction, utilities, earthwork, landscape, and public utility coordination. You’ll drive budgets, schedules, and permit compliance while coordinating with Area Construction Managers and the Director of Construction to deliver ready-to-build home sites.
The role requires 5+ years in land development, a related degree, and strong project-management skills.

The Land Development Manager is responsible for managing the Division’s land development program by directing activities such as roadway construction, water and sewer installation, earthwork, landscape, irrigation activities, vertical construction and public utility coordination. We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an annual salary of $59,860.64 - $134,685, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations. This position may be eligible for bonuses. This position may be eligible for commissions. This position will be eligible for the described benefits listed in the above section in accordance with Company Policy.
