Stfrancis in Worcester, MA is seeking a transportation planning intern to assist in developing planning and engineering solutions while supporting data mining, visualization, and analysis.

You will collaborate with staff and clients, perform field data collection, and prepare reports. This role offers a flexible, hybrid work environment with opportunities for local travel and hands-on experience with AutoCAD, GIS, and MS Office.

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing an engineering or related degree.
• Interest in transportation, land development, urban design, real estate, environmental, institutional, or energy sectors.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented yet able to work independently with strong work ethic.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, GIS, and Microsoft Office; willing to travel locally for fieldwork.

• Prepare written documents, summarize collected information, and assemble reports

• Currently pursuing a degree in engineering or related field
• Strong interest in transportation, land development, urban design, real estate, environmental, institutional, or energy sectors
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently
• Self‑motivated with attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, GIS, and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Ability to work remotely on a computer and travel locally for fieldwork if necessary

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay range of $19 to $30, based on factors including experience and location
