Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Civil Engineering degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional engineering experience.
• Ability to apply engineering principles and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare design deliverables for land development, including grading, drainage, and utility layouts.
• Analyze site constraints and evaluate design alternatives to meet objectives.
• Develop permitting support materials for land development approvals.
• Perform planning, design, and analysis tasks per codes and standards.
• Prepare calculations, memos, reports, drawings, specs, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to support delivery.
• Provide guidance to junior engineers and designers to support quality and growth.
• Participate in quality control and assurance activities to ensure accuracy.
