Job summary

Quality Engineering & Surveying, LLC is seeking a Land Development Engineer to join our expanding engineering team in Louisiana. You will help deliver land development designs for residential, commercial, industrial, and public-sector projects—from concept through construction.

You'll design grading, drainage, utilities, and roadways, prepare plans and calculations, coordinate with clients, regulators, and contractors, and support schedules and budgets to help shape the communities of tomorrow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• EIT certification required; PE preferred.
• 3+ years of land development experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong technical and communication skills.
