4Creeks, Design & Build in Visalia, CA, is seeking an Engineer-in-Training to support our Land Development team under a Project Engineer or Manager. The role focuses on calculations, reports, exhibits, and construction plans, with site visits and documentation of conditions. Requirements include a B.S.

in Civil Engineering, 3–5 years of experience, EIT certification, and AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred) plus MS Office proficiency. Relocation not specified.

Qualifications

• The position requires a B.S. in Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
• Ideal candidate will have working knowledge in preparation of plans, engineering design for various projects, and exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Engineer-In-Training Certificate.
• Experience using AutoCAD (2009+; Civil 3D preferred).
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare calculations and assist with technical reports, exhibits, and construction plans.
• Draft topographic surveys and perform spreadsheet calculations.
• Write technical specifications and conduct site visits.
• Document site conditions for typical civil engineering projects.
• Primarily office-based duties.
