Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• PE license is required.
• 12+ years of experience in Civil/Site or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a Civil/Site engineering department with technical direction.
• Guide project delivery across grading, stormwater, hydrology, and land development.
• Ensure QA/QC and compliance with local regulations.
• Develop business opportunities and client relationships.
• Manage budgets, schedules, staffing, and profitability.
