JR Engineering, a Colorado-based engineering firm, seeks a Client Manager for Land Development in Colorado Springs to secure and manage projects and nurture client relationships.

The role oversees engineering projects from concept to construction, ensures adherence to goals, budgets, and timelines, and coordinates with production leads, finance, and clients to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Valid Colorado PE license.
• Minimum of 10 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and Production Leads throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring client goals and needs are translated into objectives and changes.
• Proactively develop and support new and existing client relationships and market JR's services to clients.
• Guide service implementation to ensure scope, performance standards, schedules, and quality meet expectations.
• Manage client expectations and communicate/resolve scope changes affecting design, budget, or schedule; prepare change orders.
• Collaborate with Project Accountant to support invoicing, monitor accounts receivable, and assist with collections.
• Prepare engineering proposals including scope/fee development and subconsultant coordination.
