STV Incorporated in Owings Mills, MD is seeking a Land Development Civil Engineering Specialist to join the Buildings group. The role involves collaborating on diverse land development projects and preparing documents for the civil design team in the Baltimore metropolitan area.
The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree and an EIT, with experience using AutoCAD, Civil 3D or MicroStation. There is potential for entry-level to mid-career growth and mentorship toward licensure.
STV is currently seeking a Land Development Civil Engineering Specialist for its Buildings group in Owings Mills, MD, which is currently the civil engineer of record for such high-profile projects as Harborplace and Baltimore Peninsula in Baltimore, MD. The candidate will collaborate on a wide variety of projects including conceptual master plans, schools, mixed-use, office buildings, industrial buildings, housing/apartment projects, commercial buildings, and civil/site structures. The position will allow the individual to collaborate with our civil design team preparing documents associated with a wide variety of land development projects within the Baltimore Metropolitan area. The ideal candidate will have at least a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and be an Engineer In Training (EIT). Experience with MicroStation, Civil 3D or AutoCAD is strongly preferred.
