Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Land Development Civil Engineer with a PE license to join our Site/Civil team. You will lead civil/site design projects from concept through construction, design site grading, drainage, utilities, and related systems, and coordinate with clients, contractors, and agencies.

Mentoring junior staff is expected and occasional site visits will be conducted. Ideal candidates will have a PE license and 4+ years of civil/site design experience, strong

Land Development Civil Engineer, PE

We are a growing engineering firm in the local area actively seeking a Civil Engineer with a PE license to join our Site/Civil team.

• Lead and manage civil/site design projects from concept through construction.
• Design site grading, drainage/stormwater, water, sewer, and related site development systems.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, public agencies, and internal design teams.
• Mentor junior staff and provide project leadership.
• Support occasional site visits and client meetings.

Requirements

• Professional Engineer (PE) License
• 4+ years of Civil/Site Design experience
• Experience with site development, grading, utilities, and stormwater management
• Proficiency with Civil 3D and Bluebeam
