Responsibilities include assisting with plans, specs, cost estimates, using AutoCAD Civil 3D, site visits, data collection, and coordination with project teams. Candidate currently pursuing BS in Civil Engineering ABET-accredited.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Familiarity with engineering principles, practices and procedures.
• Basic proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers and engineers in preparing plans, specifications, and cost estimates under supervision.
• Develop and evaluate design alternatives by analyzing basic engineering parameters, objectives, and constraints.
• Analyze design features to ensure alignment with project purpose, technical requirements, and standards.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to produce drawings, exhibits, and supporting documents.
• Support the preparation of technical reports, memoranda, and engineering studies.
• Participate in site visits, field activities, and data collection; assist with exhibits and as-builts.
