Job summary

Energy Services Group in Houston is seeking a Technical Analyst for our Project Services team to apply land data expertise to Pandell ESG implementations.

You will work with clients to understand data, write source-to-target mappings, develop conversion rules, validate data with SQL, and support testing and deployment across multiple projects. This hands-on role offers ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to grow technical depth in energy land operations.

Qualifications

• Experience translating land data into actionable data models.
• Experience with data conversions and source-to-target mapping.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and document conversion rules.

Responsibilities

• Understand client land data, processes, and system requirements.
• Develop clear source-to-target mapping documentation.
• Create conversion rules and support data validation and testing.
• Provide technical guidance to clients during implementation.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA analysts, and data specialists.
