We’re seeking a detail-driven, proactiveLand Contract Associate to support our dynamic Development team in Austin. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the organizational backbone of our project portfolio—working alongside Project Managers and Senior Developers to help bring transformative projects to life.

This is more than just a support role—it’s an opportunity to be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your contributions directly impact the success of renewable energy and infrastructure initiatives.

Activities
🔍 What You’ll Do:
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of landowner payments with precision and compliance.
  • Maintain data integrity in land management software and support document workflows.
  • Manage executed site control documents, including option notices, amendments, terminations, easements, estoppels, and affidavits.
  • Assist with mineral agreements and oversee curative workbooks.
  • Review and confirm project approvals for all real estate agreements prior to execution.
  • Oversee external contractors preparing and recording real estate documents.
  • Foster strong, positive relationships with landowners throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Organize and maintain real estate documentation across digital and physical systems.
Candidate Profile
🎯 What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 2–3 years of real estate experience (renewable energy sector preferred).
  • Texas Notary Public certification is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms and project management tools.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interpret legal and real estate documents.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and motivated with a keen eye for detail.
