Qualifications

  • Five years of project management in land conservation real estate or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work with public agencies, tribal nations, and communities.
  • Wamiliarity with grant administration and budgeting responsibilities.
  • Willingness to travel in Minnesota and the upper Midwest.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, negotiate, document, and close real estate transactions with partners.
  • Manage multiple land protection projects within schedule and budget.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of conservation opportunities.
  • Build budgets and secure financing for land acquisitions.
  • Coordinate with attorneys, appraisers, surveyors, and consultants.
