Dosch Marshall Real Estate is looking for driven, entrepreneurial individuals to join our Dallas office as Land Analysts.
This is not a traditional back-office analyst position. Our analysts work directly alongside our brokerage team and gain hands‑on exposure to the entire land transaction process—from identifying opportunities and researching development sites to communicating with landowners and developers, analyzing transactions, supporting active listings, and ultimately helping deals get closed.
The DMRE principals have been active in Texas for more than 20 years and specialize in development land across single-family, multifamily, industrial, commercial and mixed‑use sectors. Our Dallas team operates in one of the most active and dynamic real estate markets in the country.
For the right person, the Land Analyst position is an opportunity to learn the business from the ground up and build toward a long‑term career in commercial real estate brokerage at DMRE.
Research DFW submarkets and identify properties with development potential.
Proactively communicate with landowners to uncover on- and off-market opportunities.
Research ownership, zoning, utilities, development activity, comparable sales and other factors affecting land value.
Track opportunities and communicate actionable market intelligence to the brokerage team.
Develop a deep understanding of DFW’s developers, landowners, projects and submarkets.
Work directly with brokers on active buyer and seller representation assignments.
Assist with property valuations, comparable sales and pricing analysis.
Draft LOIs and assist with proposals, market surveys and other client materials.
Support active transactions from initial opportunity through due diligence and closing.
Participate in internal deal discussions, property tours and client meetings.
Prepare and distribute offering materials and other property information.
Assist brokers with listing‑specific research, pricing analysis and valuation strategies.
Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline information and help ensure important deadlines and follow‑ups don’t fall through the cracks.
Maintain and improve DMRE’s proprietary property and market data.
Use technology, data and AI to research markets and identify opportunities more efficiently.
Look for ways to improve how we gather, organize, analyze and communicate information.
At DMRE, we describe the people we want on our team as Humble, Hungry and Smart.
Humble — You are coachable, team-oriented and willing to learn.
Hungry — You are competitive, self‑motivated and willing to do the work required to succeed.
Smart — You are intellectually curious, resourceful and able to figure things out without needing constant direction.
Beyond that, we’re looking for someone who:
Wants to build a career in commercial real estate.
Is comfortable picking up the phone and talking to people they don’t know.
Has strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Can manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
Communicates well, both verbally and in writing.
Takes ownership and follows through.
Is curious about real estate, development, investing and how cities grow.
Wants responsibility and the opportunity to grow rather than simply checking boxes.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
0–3 years of professional experience preferred.
Commercial real estate experience is a plus, but not required for an exceptional candidate.
Strong analytical, research, organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and modern technology tools.
Texas real estate license preferred or willingness to obtain one.
Performance‑based bonus
Medical benefits
Paid time off and company holidays
401(k) with company match
