Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $155,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Experienced in residential land acquisition, for finished lots, scattered and raw land projects with a strong understanding of entitlement and permitting processes, and financial feasibility
• Source and evaluate new possible opportunities across DFW, due diligence and more
• Build and maintain relationships with landowners, brokers, developers, and local officials to identify potential acquisitions
• Manage financial modeling, feasibility studies, and competitive market analysis for each deal
• Support the negotiation and execution of land purchase agreements
• Lead due diligence efforts including environmental, geotechnical, and zoning reviews
• Work with municipalities and planning commissions to support zoning approvals, entitlements, and permits
• Monitor real estate market trends and provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Track project milestones and ensure timely progression from contract execution to closing
