Job summary

Penn State Health Lancaster Medical Center in Lancaster County, PA is seeking a full-time Post-Acute Care Physician. The role involves providing comprehensive medical care in rehabilitation and long-term care settings with clinical autonomy and a collaborative care environment.

Board-certified/board-eligible physicians will work with an Advanced Practice Clinician at each site to deliver patient-centered care that improves quality of life for older adults.

Qualifications

  • MD, DO, or foreign equivalent required.
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program.
  • BE/BC in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive medical care at one, and no more than two, high-quality long-term care communities in suburban Lancaster County.
  • Collaborate with Penn State Health Advanced Practice Clinicians to deliver patient-centered care and improve outcomes.
