Job summary

American Packaging Corporation (APC) is seeking a Laminator Operator for the night shift (11pm-7am) in DeForest, WI. You will assist in operating the laminator, ensuring safety and quality while following SOPs and job specifications.

You will prepare materials, load recipes, and perform routine cleaning and maintenance to keep the line running smoothly. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, prior APC manufacturing experience preferred, and the ability to read safety rules and operate

Responsibilities

• Assist in operation of the laminator to meet safety and quality standards.
• Locate materials for current and upcoming jobs to keep the machine running efficiently.
• Load process conditions and data into the recipe program for each job.
• Flag rejects accurately to ensure correct downstream processing.
• Monitor pump systems to maintain proper mix ratios.
• Read and comply with SOPs and job jackets for each run.
• Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping of laminator area.
