Atterro in Bentonville, AR is seeking a Laminator to join our production team. You will laminate foam boards and styrene, ensure proper bonding, and support daily manufacturing operations, with a focus on safety and quality.

Compensation ranges from $15.50 to $16.00 per hour, plus benefits and opportunities for overtime. This position requires physical robustness and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working around strong adhesive fumes.
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and grasp materials throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply adhesive to foam boards and styrene during the lamination process.
• Work as part of a 5-person production team.
• Monitor pressure and alignment for proper bonding.
• Inspect materials for quality and consistency.
• Move materials through the production process.
• Follow all safety and production procedures.
