The role emphasizes safety, ability to read simple job orders, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds. Indoor/dusty environment; strong attendance and reliability required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and do basic mathematics.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Willingness to work in an indoor environment with dust.

Responsibilities

• Part of sawmill team stacking, wrapping, and banding lumber.
• Pulling tarps off raw material for daily use.
• Assisting team in stacking lumber products.
• Understand and observe all safety policies and procedures.
• Interpret job orders assigned.
• Coordinate with forklift operators, saw operators, and production management.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
